Andrea Gasc, Chef & Founder of Blissful Bites, was raised in a French family where chocolate and pastry were reserved for life’s most special moments—celebrations, holidays, and meaningful gatherings. From an early age, she developed a deep appreciation for the role sweets play in creating joy, connection, and lasting memories.

She began her career in French cafés and professional kitchens, where she was surrounded by passionate chefs and a culture of creativity that allowed her to explore flavor and technique. While she thrived in the artistic side of the craft, she also witnessed the intensity and pressure of kitchen environments, as well as a lack of care for the chefs themselves. This contrast ultimately shaped her vision—to create something more thoughtful, more refined, and more meaningful.

Driven by a desire to bring beauty and intention into chocolate, Andrea launched her first line of confections, earning multiple awards in Florida for her work. With Blissful Bites, she expands that vision into a refined, non-infused collection—where each piece is carefully crafted to highlight unique flavor combinations and finished with hand-painted designs that reflect her artistic approach.
